  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    Check or Online via Henri, our resident portal.

  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance? If so, what is the fee?

    Yes, required. Fee is $25 for E-premium or you may use any insurance of your choosing.

  • What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

    It is an emergency request, you will have to call the after hours number, 509.902.0861. After your first lockout, there is a fee of $150.

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Through Henri, our resident portal.

  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    No on-site maintenance. But once a maintenance request is put in, we do get maintenance to come and check things out.

  • What is the guest policy?

    Guests are welcome. If staying for over a week, please let management know.

  • How do I pay for electricity and water?

    Conservice is water/sewer/trash. Puget Sound Energy is our electric/gas company.

  • Do I need to sort recycling and garbage?

    We have a recycling, compost, and garbage bin. We do not force residents to separate their trash.

Application Process

  • What other relevant fees or charges should I know about?

    N/A

  • Is there any move in charges?

    10% rent as a non-refundable cleaning fee. $500 security deposit. $62 application fee per applicant.

  • If I want to hold an apartment, how do I do that?

    $100 holding fee. This holds the unit for up to two weeks. This is a portion of your security deposit, transfers upon move-in, and is non-refundable.

  • Do you accept a shorter lease term?

    Shortest lease term available now is 7 months. This also depends on our expiration calendar.

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

    24 to 48 hours but can vary depending on individual screening.

  • What are the application criteria?

    Monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.

    No, smoking is prohibited on property.

  • Do you have storage units available?

    No storage units available.

  • Do you offer bike storage?

    No bike storage.

  • What are your pet fees? Are they refundable?

    No pet fees, only pet rent. $40 per month per pet.

  • Is your property pet-friendly?

    Yes, we are pet friendly.

  • What amenities do the apartment include?

    The units have gas range, attached garage, storage, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, microwave, and private patio.

  • What is the parking fee?

    N/A

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes, attached garage parking in townhomes. Reserved parking for residents renting apartment style dwellings. No guest parking. Street parking for guests.
